What we collect

  • demographic information such as postcode
  • Information relating to your health and your treating Health Professionals

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to provide you with the Orthotic services you have requested; to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Order Processing – this may involve providing your name only, along with our order number, to a third party who is involved in the manufacturing of your Orthosis.
  • Maintaining and updating internal record keeping.
  • With your permission, we will correspond with other professionals who are involved in your healthcare, and inform both them and you of the outcome.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Controlling your personal information

You have a right to data portability, which allows you to obtain and reuse the personal data what we hold about you, for your own purposes. If you would like us to delete any or all personal information we hold about you, please write to or email the Data Protection Officer with your request which will be dealt with promptly.

We will hold your data, in accordance with regulations, for 8 years after your last transaction with the company. After which time you will be contacted to confirm if you would like your data deleted from our system and have no further correspondence with us, or if you would like to remain on our system.
